Received the 88 FJ62 today from the Ebay auction. The title and Texas title paperwork were received a few days earlier via USPS express mail. There were no problems at all. Truck was accurately described and delivered on time. Derrick Marks did what he said he would do and the communication was excellent. I'm not aware of his past activity or experience on this forum - all I can report is what my experience has been. Good luck to all.

UPDATE: 8-23-2018 BAD TRANSACTION ALERT Seller is not a business. Rolled back the odometer 100k (felony) based on direct communication from the prior owner. Prior owner has photo evidence of the actual miles and rust areas (eBay ad said "100% rust free!). Will have sworn affidavit from prior owner and evidence of this fraud. I will pursue criminal fraud and odometer tampering. The shocking news is that he won't take any of my calls now....

Got the local case opened up and running. Officer said they had just busted a large ring of odometer hackers in Houston that were able to hack in and change the electronic odometers. Lots of hurricane cars coming out of there too. What a shame, Marks and these other crooks are breaking federal laws as well as a felony conviction/jail time for what....a few thousand bucks? Doesn't make much sense to me. The risk-reward trade off stinks! Oh well, rope on a soap for the dope.

Sorry to hear about your situation.

Derrick Marks/Crusiershack is an absolute POS. Many of us have been exposing him since he first slithered onto Mud earlier this year. I hope you are able to nail his balls to the wall for committing fraud.

Yea...it’s hard to understand the motive behind these crooks. The risk is high and payout is very low. Low IQs I guess.
They keep going because no one will take the time to put them behind bars. However, I’ve joined the fight now and have some really good people to work with that want to shut him and others like him down for good.
Keep very far away from anyone with the name of Derrick Marks, CruiserShack, DGM Cruiser’s & Antiques, etc. He has changed his EBay name over 7-8 times I believe.

I’ve recently been contacted by this idiots attorney. I won’t even give him the satisfaction of mentioning his name but the govt official I’m dealing with says he has been reprimanded by the state bar. What a shocker.
Safe to say that the noose really is tightening so happy trails scumbag. That bar of soap is getting smaller every day. BTW, thunder dick says hi from prison and looks forward to breaking you in!
