LAND CRUISER HELL !

Client Relations. ROFL. It's an underpaid older lady that pretty much handles everything except wrenching on the vehicles. LCH is the absolute worst. Paid to have them rebuild my 2F. It took them a year, and the engine blew up on the way home from the shop. He acted like he didn't know me afterwards.

A while back I ordered a hood scoop from Australia from a completely different company. I figured this part will probably never be delivered and if I do receive it, it'll be a month at minimum. That hood scoop was on my front door in 8 days from Australia. I wish all businesses would operate this efficiently.

I speak as a fellow third worlder so the kettle is black….the culture is that of anytime is the right time. No care for the service you need to provide for the money you received. Bribes are what moves the needle. Scamming good enough is the norm. Its incestuous. The best thing you can do is speak with your wallet. Give them the middle finger and walk away.

Tried to embed the map with their location, not that you can't just google it.
Hagerstown is easy to get to- take I-81 North or South depending on where you are coming from, and then 270 east towards DC/Baltimore.
Exits for Hagerstown are clearly marked.

There were only two color options for the steering wheel, gray or tan. Some people call the gray "blue". Some people call the tan "brown". The 40th and Collectors steering wheel was the same as the regular tan interiors. Evidently there was some miscommunication early on about what you should have ordered.

Its an entitled business culture there! Walk away.
