Has anyone dealt with Liam Cruiser part on Facebook? He made me a deal 'almost' too good so I said I would drive to him to pick up but he wanted a deposit thru PayPal. I told him I would bring cash and pay him when I picked it up. Back and forth, more back and forth, then he wanted $100 to 'hold' it.

Whats anyone else's experience?

Did he also specify he wanted it PayPal friend and family? That would be the cherry on top for it being a scam.

On the Facebook Land Cruiser and Toyota pages I follow almost every listing is a scam. It’s amazing how many people they get. Probably more than a dozen a day.

What’s frustrating is people screen shooting the profiles used posting the interactions and the page or Facebook do nothing about it. You see the same scammer get a dozen or so people before they use another profile or change its name.

I usually look at when a seller joined the Landcruiser fb page and if it’s within a day or two I report the listing to try and help.

About once a week the same low price arb bumper gets several people.

I’m sorry for you if you’ve been scammed. It happens to everyone. I bought fake tickets to football game 15 years ago. Got to the stadium and they wouldn’t let me in. I missed Nick Sabans team beat Jo Pas team ass before he retired.
