How have your springs been holding up? Have you done anything else to help with the added weight? I Recently added some armor to my LX and I am thinking about upgrading the rear springs and the front torsion bars with the non-AHC version.
Kings have been good. I had a loaded down trip where it went into low mode and would not come out. Got the Kings and no other issues since. Torsion bars are still stock.

Beautiful

What bike rack is that?

I have two. The 4 bike rack is a Kuat NV. Its a decent rack, but my single rack is a 1Up and it is amazing. Hard to compare the two really. I love my 1Up and would get the 4 bike version if it wasn't so damn expensive!

Not with that attitude

LOL. I strugged with Jack or Sledge (can't remember) in my KOH buggy. It is easy when you crawl it, but trying to do it hauling ass always got me in trouble.

So crawl it in the LX

Cool, thanks. I’m looking to beef up my AHC to account for all of my rigs newfound extra weight lol.

I’ve heard of people using the king springs, OEM 100 LC springs, OEM 80 LC springs, and a few others. Need to do a bit more research to see what’s best for me...[/QUOTE]

Been a long time coming, finally got some wheel spacers. I went with the Spidertrax ones from Slee. Really nice quality and super easy install. I have always had some slight rubbing up front and I wanted a more aggressive look. I think it turned out great. Got a sweet Slee hat also!

Some before and after photos.

One more. Tires definitely look more aggressive.

Few minor updates that have really helped with organization and overall function.

The Wit’s End Console organizer is really nicely made. It took about 2 minutes to install and is very functional. I love the hidden spot where you can stash cash/credit card.

The YotaMD key fob is awesome. Also very easy to install and such an improvement over stock. I cannot believe I waited so long to get one of these. Very well built product!

After 21 years, leather was in need or replacement. Fronts were torn, rears were very worn. I priced LSeats and once you pay for installation it wasn’t any cheaper than just using my local upholstery shop. I had all three rows re-done, included head rests, arm rests, and console lid. A before and after photo of the passenger front.

Those look great!! I'm in Birmingham also with a 99 LX needing my front seats done. You mind sharing the name of the shop you used for the seats?

The Trim Shop in Hoover. I called around and even went to one right next to my house, could never get people to call me back or quote the job. The Trim Shop does a lot of work for dealers and came highly recommended. Total for all three rows was $1450 installed. LSeats is $900 just for the covers, so it was worth it to me

Thats very cheap. Is it all leather? Or leather/vinyl?
Reason I'm asking is because good automotive leather is $500/hide and you need at least 3 of them to do LX

It's leather. They ordered they covers as a kit from a supplier. Not sure who they use, but I got a quote and ordered on Tuesday and the leather was there on Friday.

Kuat NV2 FTW!
