I love McMaster Carr.... like, seriously, I love them like no one else has ever loved a thing.

Yeah they really saved the day on these. The stock ones were beyond shot!

Small update. The joints on my AHC sensor arms were shot. No way I was paying $150 each for new sensors. Searched the part number stamped on the stock joint and found a suitable replacement via McMaster Carr. These worked perfectly, no issues. Total cost for 4 joints shipped was $30.

Sure do. They call them ball joint linkages. There were almost identical in size and range of motion as the stock pieces. You need two RH and two LH. Part numbers from MC are:

6058K811 & 6058K812

They also offer these in different finishes like stainless, but they were a lot more expensive so I just went this route. They have lots of options.

I love the Falken tires. They are so nice and for the price, very hard to beat. I did get a huge nail in one recently. Pulled it and plugged, no issues since.

Headed out to Colorado and Utah in two weeks, so trying to tie up a lot of loose ends.

I found these fog light brackets for an ARB front bumper. They are from Paranoid Fabrications and were only $25. Interested to see how it works. My ARB front bumper should of been here Friday, but Amazon totally screwed it up. It will now be here 3 days before I leave, the good news is they refunded me 20% so I got the ARB bumper for about $950.

Obviously, I needed rear brake pads. Went OEM from Camelback Toyota and had my rear rotors turned as they still had plenty of thickness.

Performed a two step paint correction on the exterior, will get some pics of it tomorrow. I also upgraded to an Odyssey Group 31 battery using the Slee kit. Pretty easy install and the kit was well thought out with good instructions. This should help with extended camping trips, especially if I can get an ARB Fridge!!

A lot of one step forward and two back. I replaced front end components on passenger side to match what was previously done on driver side a while back. So 555 lower ball joint and CV Axle. Also noticed my lower AHC shock bushings were very worn, especially the driver side where I was getting the clunk. Replaced this bushing in the vehicle without removing the shock with the the help of my local mechanic (Gear Grinders Garage). We completely ruined the old bushing getting it out so no picture. Had to cut the metal sleeve with a body saw, then drove the bushing out with an air hammer. New bushing went in easily with a ball joint press. Thought for sure this would fix the clunk, but it did not. Still getting the clunk and becoming very frustrated as I don't know what could be causing it.

Last night I went over the entire front end to try and fix this clunk. Found the diff drop crossmember bolts and the upper control arm bolts both needed to be tightened. This finally fixed my issue!!

Also noticed my rear rotors must of gotten warped when turned. They bounce like crazy so I am gonna have to replace the rotors. Got some on the way.

We leave for Colorado Friday, so been working to wrap everything up. ARB bumper, new fog lights, and the ARB knockoff LED’s went on today.

Long overdue, but we got back from our trip to Colorado and Utah almost 3 weeks ago. We had a great time and the Cream Puff did great. Not a single issue on the 4,000 mile trip. I was stoked to finally take this rig off-road and was very impressed with how it did. We did the majority of Georgia Pass in Breckenridge, until we got stopped by deep snow in the pass. We also did the Shaffer Trail in Canyonlands NP and we exited Arches NP via an OHV Trail that took us by the Dino tracks. Learned a lot on the trip and will definitely tweak the setup a bit. Having a fridge is amazing, by far the best purchase I have made. I would really like to find a slider setup for it that still allows me to use the 3rd seats. Here are some pics of our trip.

Finely got Techstream to work thanks to the TS in 5 minutes thread. Pressures are high so I have some adjustments to make.

Got some other goodies ready to mount up also. More to come!!!

Worked with Mike at Bump It Off Road on a rear bumper and tire carrier. Mike was great to work with, great product, and good communication. I had to have a driver side swing-out and Mike was able to make that happen.

I got the standard bumper with integrated hitch, single swing out on driver side, adjustable spare tire mount. Fit and finish was very nice and it was pretty easy to install. Hardest part was notching the crossmember for the hitch.
