It has the typical rust in the quarters and rockers. I had the roof painted before it rusted out. Loved my mini trucks and wouldn’t mind having one again. After owning a 79 & 83 mini truck, the first thing I’d look for is frame rot. That’s the reason that truck is sagging in the middle.
