My buddy tried and it didn't work. I went through the order process again and got rejected. Either one account can't order more that once or the coupon is exhausted?

I bought a cheap one off of Amazon or eBay and it works fine. Overall, the solar controller is just a basic voltage regulator. Typically, manufacturers put more effort into the bells and whistles than the regulator.
