Its about $150 total, but here are the part numbers to replace the chrome side molding on the GX with the Prado 120 black moldings. I ordered from MegaZip.com. Will post some pictures of them installed once I receive the parts.

I reckon my brain is wired differently.
I came really close to buying the door cups a couple times when they were on sale, but I could never think of any reason at all why I would need/use them. My wife stores stuff/coins in the armrest handles of her car and it just drives me nuts.
Instead, I just held onto my money and opted for the "saved-fifteen-bucks-and-stashed-it-in-the-console" mod.![]()
Got tired of that useless storage pouch in the rear door. Came up with a fix. For less than $70 I bought a molle panel and three bags. I trimmed the panel just bigger than the size needed, folded the sides under, and riveted it to the plastic. I put the rivets behind the molle loops so they are not seen. It was pretty easy to do. I might switch out some of the bags.
