Found myself looking into this and thought I'd post up a one-stop index of significant threads, in no particular order. Most are 80s, some are not but include good content. If you find more, post a note and I'll add them to the list...

The significant 80 Series shelf fabbers I'm aware of are...

Delta Vehicle Systems (of course)

Rago Fabrication

KAON 4x4

Victory 4x4
(No 80 shelf as of June 2022)

That said, there was a guy at some point, making good-looking ceiling racks but who was (at the time) getting a lot of flack over delivery issues; who was that? Anyone...?

I just want to know which is the cheapest and best quality.
I made mine with wood in about 30mins (not counting paint drying). Cheap and high quality. I didn’t make it myself to be cheap, I just don’t like the mesh look of everything on the market.

That beautiful aluminum trim above the rear seat headrests - beautiful, but man, I'm just thinking someone could get
a heck of a mark if they turned and hit their head on that. I'd rethink that. or protect it, softly.

Good thought, but I think it's actually at least 12" back behind the headrests. Would be a similar situation that is not an issue on my @Bellfab rack that I recently installed....and love! I've done a trail ride with this and it held tight with no rattles...plus it doesn't block the view through the rear view mirror (like most designs I would assume).

@thatcabledude nice work on the attic rack and rear boxes...super clean! I'm considering building something similar that leaves a cutout for my inside spare tire mounted up.
