Welll.....this didn't take long. Casual marketplace listing appeared locally and after negotiation, some hesitation and a big push from @shellb ....here we are. For now I just want to save it and we'll go from there.
The basics.....February 1972 build date. I believe it to be a 2-owner truck, always Southern Idaho. It was the Father-in-Laws 'pride and joy' and ultimately passed. The truck was in the will to the kids and as expected - they only wanted money. Came with boxes and boxes of parts and two 'engines'.
Upside:
I really wanted to do electric steering, SOA and 37s....but I've been talked out of that because it's just unnecessary.
Here are some pictures so far.....

Upside:
- Very little rust
- Spare 1F motor (complete)
- Spare 2F block, head, crank and cam. All machined (but need to look them over to see actual condition).
- All parts so far are accounted for to put it back to 'stock'
- Found a 16-spline H42 locally thanks to @65swb45
- It was local to me
- Original jack, rods, paint can, inspection lamp
- Flares
- I have to put it back together
- More money to spend
- More time spent in garage
- I'm still debating if I want to do another truck right now.
