They are tough too. Rolls up to original form in a zip!!

Getting the parts organized for @Cowboy45’s first customer project out of the elf barn. Hj60 getting a 2.5” OME lift, font disc brake conversion with 4 runner calipers, tie rods, non Abs 80 series booster, 80 series master, proportioning valve, rear drum brake shoes, cylinders/bits, brake fluid flush/bleed.

Got these baking trays/trolley dirt cheap during COVID. Makes for good build and teardown parts holder. Easily move this to a truck your working on and keep things together. Have a few of these for this specific use. Multiplies horizontal space vertically and compact.

Tore apart the new to Athol vice. Looks good. Caked grease. Threw it in diesel/ATF bath we use for parts washing to soak overnight.

I would rather not unless I absolutely have to. Keeping it original as possible is what I want. Popping soft jaws on just before use is not inconvenient

Some small pieces of 1/8" aluminum right angle cut to the length of the jaws work perfect for no mar clamping. super fast and easy

But you probably already know this ;)

I have a couple pieces of 1/8" kydex, heat formed to fit over the jars, that sit on a shelf under my vice. They're very quick to slip in place when I need soft jaws, and easy/cheap to replace when they get worn.
