While trying to figure the brakes out decided to put the Trail Gear 2” wheel spacers on.

Just so I’d remember the carry a 13/16 socket to check the wheel spacers nuts.

Wire brushed the threads, cleaned off with brake cleaner and put on a bead of blue locktite.

Put on the wheel spacer and tightened the spacer nuts hand tight all the way around. Then tightened in a star pattern and then used torque wrench to tighten to 100 pounds.

Put on the wheel and tightened on the Gorilla mag seat with washer lug nuts.

It’s now got the correct style lug nuts all the way around.

@Mr Cimarron do you still have your stock brake booster?
I’ve pulled the vacuum line off the booster and there is some vacuum but not as much as I’d expect. I’ll try to see if I can get a vacuum gauge. If I put my finger on the line my finger barely sticks.
Also on my new master cylinder is has a port on it that was not on my stock master. Anybody know what it’s for? Is it a float for low brake fluid.
@cruiseroutfit? I may need a new brake booster.

I can’t help but think that the port their is for ABS...I ordered a non ABS master cylinder for mine and I got sent an ABS master cylinder. I just noticed it and I can’t remember who I ordered it through to change it out.

The old master had a float inside the top lid to the master so I was figuring it was moved there for a better location.
Reading up on brake boosters.

Yes I have stock booster. I’ll pull the hose off tomorrow and see how must vacuum it’s making.
The plug on MC is low fluid warning.

It’s the level sensor. Not used in this application.

I pulled my vacuum hose just now and it will grab your thumb pretty good when blocking it.

That’s the oil feed. That’s probably your issue that it’s not getting oil.
