Why though? From what I understand the CDL motor is similar to the diff lock motors. In which case, I'll be using this:
Ultimate Toyota Electric Locker ELocker Wiring Harness Kit by Low Range Off Road (TDI-ELWH)
Ultimate Toyota Electric Locker ELocker Wiring Harness Kit by Low Range Off Road (TDI-ELWH) Sometimes called the TRD Elocker, E Locker or E-Locker.www.lowrangeoffroad.com
Hopefully it works.
Why though?
Why what?
Why not use the factory harness and button.
Well there have it! Lol. Great reason.Because I don't have them. Plus, acquiring and using them would be more expensive and more complicated than a simple harness.
What ya putting together?Because I don't have them. Plus, acquiring and using them would be more expensive and more complicated than a simple harness.

The pringle switch on the side of the transmission should have a pin for reverse lights and a pin for neutral safety. What have folks done to get back-up lights ? I’ve got an 6L80 and don’t think it gives an output when in reverse
Just what mods (if any) you made to the crossmember. Just trying to work out strategies for my build. Namely since you used the 6l80e as well.
