NICE!! That is the way they are supposed to look... Are you painting the firewall??

Geez, not you too. Go here and go down to post #40. Truck is currently stripped. I hope to fix that after I get back from Baja in April.

wow - Randy, I handed you a mess didn't I :D

The PO really made a mess of the wiring. Iam embarrassed for him to even show it. That might have to wait until after round up to clean it up right.

As for PS - the plan is to use a saginaw pump in place of the smog pump. Then the air filter will not be a problem, and the hoses will be nice and short.

Is is cold in Dallas? It was sunny and 70 degrees here in Austin, so I was able to clean up the Warn 8724 and get it stripped and painted.

Pappy, Matt, Alex,

Are you guys leaving or even using the carb fan? Randy and I where talking about leaving it, and just putting it on a toggle switch and I could just use it when I wanted to. What's you take on it?

I'm not using it, though I do have it. Problem is I don't have the grill on the drivers fender to pull the air from. I think the space under the hood is open enough without the smog equipment that it should be fine.
