Perfect - I love that you are replacing vacuum lines and getting it dialed in. There is nothing better than a stock 40. Yes, modified ones are cool too - but I've always enjoyed cracking open a Toyota service manual and what is indicated is what I have under the hood, down to the vacuum line. Enjoy this time. I remember this well. So fun.
I really enjoy the all stock OEM+ look and feel on all of my vehicles especially Larry. I’m not necessarily a “purist” but enjoy keeping things how they came originally and improving where possible.

Continuation of Vacuum Line Replacement: The broken VTV made me go a little crazy and then I ordered bulk vaccum hose from Toyota. There are different lengths available I think I used part# 90999-92004 and cut to length as needed. This was my first experience working on Larry and made me realize the engine bay is setup nicely for you to access pretty much everything.

At the same time I did the distributor cap, rotor, spark plug wires, coil wire, spark plugs and an oil change.I try to use OEM Toyota parts if there available or quality aftermarket if that’s the only option.I was digging around in the glovebox and found the original plug in work light and small can of touchup paint.
