Media 200 series picture thread (40 Viewers)

They are finished with the final coat of paint however the fenders are now removed in order to get the measurements correct for the bumper work. This is the final job. So in 2-3 weeks I should hopefully have pictures, walk around video and off course a video of it running.I am talking it slow with this build controlling my excitement in order to get everything done properly. no rushes(learned that the hard way).

I also chose to go with the new BF Goodrich KM3 Mud terrain tires. 35 inch tires.

Got around to getting some 295/65/18 duratracs

Dude, looks great!

That 295/65/18 sized tire warrants its own thread, and shouldn't just get lost here!

It would seem to me its the perfect next size to step up to, rather than the gimme 285/65/18 tires that are popular here. Although I know that 295/65/18 is not as readily available in all models.

I think Ridge Grapplers are available in that size.....if so, might be where I go next!

It was actually just plain ol' Argentine Pass! Looked totally different today with cloud cover, rain, and everything was bright green. Definitely had a little bit of that early fall chill/nip at the top, and some of the tundra is starting to turn colors ever so slightly.

Cool, I like Argentine and peeling off for McClellan is cool as well. Not 200 content, but McClellan peak

Some European spec 200 action in Milan

Wheels are 20s. I am assuming Diesel bc of the manual transmission. I did not hear it run

They are rare here. First one I’ve seen in 8 months of living here. The prado, 150, is their “Land Cruiser” here in Italy.

Air intakes from the grill run along the bottom. Of the hood to the cooler on top of the engine.

Interesting note for all you guys lusting for a twin turbo diesel. Recently Mr Maltec of Germany drove a USA 2017 200 series and said gas will be his next 200 series build.
