I have yet to suffer a single flat off road too...despite coming back with heavily damaged threads from crazy rough stuff.

BUT...Romer had TWO flats WITHIN THREE DAYS during LCDC (helped him with one of them) and his lines are pretty good. So I’m not convinced flats can be blamed on poor driving. I mean ya...you can look back at the specific cause of a flat and see a better line...but stuff happens, and lifting 100lbs of tire gets harder every decade. :)

Ask @indycole ...who must be a record-holder for CRAZY bad luck with flats(!!!!!!).

The first time I met @Romer I ended up changing a birf for him in the dark via flashlight. Sometimes you do what you do because thats what you have to work with.
Changing a tire is at the bottom of my list of concerns on any truck.:meh: I would much rather change any vehicle tire than repairing a tire on my 500lbs dual sport in the middle of nowhere solo. Something I have had to do more than once but the worry does not keep me at home.:princess:

I think we agree. But as I age and screw up my body more and more...questions about the weight of tires and changing them become more and more understandable to me. :)

I am new to the 200's and loving it.

2008 LX Land Schmoozer© with 89,000 miles; Lexus history shows all services done in Dallas and SoCal. No rust anywhere (a drastic change from life with my 60's). I have had 2 60's over the years, but now I am older and much softer.

Just increased my unsprung weight a tad today with some fresh 270/60-20 KO2's and tinted the fronts to match the rest. BORA spacers are on order, then I think I am just going to try and enjoy it for a bit.

lets clarify that you helped me change birf. I didn't just sit there and watch you :D I do appreciate the assist still to this day

That birf is the only breakage I have had in all my years of wheeling. That happened bacuse I was stuck on the waterfall of Kane Creek and did not turn my front locker off when I backed up. That was a learning experience for sure. I don't consider tires breakage but they are a pain. At least it isnt breakage in the same sense to me

It isnt a worry that keeps me at home either, but I carry two spares and it paid off this last trip

Lol!

Romer Is fine doing his tire swaps alone… :)

But let’s face it… At 12,000 feet elevation, a little extra help is always nice. We were both huffing and puffing cranking that bottle jack! Ha!

To me “helped” just means there were extra muscles and lungs on hand (and a handy hilift base).

Just when I was about to stalk you...you go and blank out your license plate... :grinpimp:
Stalk away Markuson, it’s not mine!! It was just posted on the 200 Owners Facebook page today. It’s apparently the real deal, but have NFI who did it or who owns it....
EDIT: I just had a closer look on a bigger screen than my iPhone, and something looks off about the the shading on the front just around the RHS headlight - so possibly is photoshopped. Also, I’m guessing the Tundra is wider than a Cruiser, meaning A LOT of bodywork to make the guards and bonnet line up.

I don't know if that's real but the 16+ front on a Tundra looks pretty damn decent. Hell of a lot better than the Tundra's original front, which is hidious.
Is it just me, or does the grill and hood look a lot like a 200?

I am not a fan. I love the look of tundras with the pro grille.
This looks like a bloated hilux
