I've often wondered, when it gets like that, does everyone just stay at home rather than risk driving to work?

I'd say that it really depends upon the job.... me = Engineer = Stay at home and work.... my wife = Nurse = Drive in. That is why we own the vehicles we have and run snow rated tires on each of them. To make sure she can get to the hospital, no matter what.

Luckily I own my own company and can make the decision to close (which I did) so my Team Members do not have to come in.

A lot of local businesses were open yesterday, and that was a mistake. Most closed after a couple hours (including Park Meadows Mall, which was a graveyard of stuck vehicles). I've never seen so many stuck and abandoned vehicles. I helped who I could, but so many people thought (I assume) because they had an SUV they wouldn't get stuck. All the stuck MDX's, CR-V's and Subies tells me they were wrong!

Funny thing about spring in Colorado though-70 degrees one day, epic blizzard the next, and now today most roads are dry and clear.

Dang, I forgot to take pictures. It was almost 20" at my house. Just started when I went to work and in thick of it on the way home. The Toyo AT IIs did well and so did the truck. Sun was out before nightfall when I was snow blowing. Most of it melted today. Many cars abandoned on the side of the road from being stuck on my way into work today. It's nice to drive a cruiser

Not my pic, but seen on the web.

This is my cruiser, about 4500km on it now, picked it up in jan. Replaced the standard tyres with St maxx 285/65's. The arb front bar is ordered , it will arrive in may, will arb suspension installed when the bar gets put on, probably with a just lift at the front to level it out.

Where did you order the ARB front bumper from? I had seen pics of it on the ARB website, but I didn't realize it was available now.

ARB St Peters, here in Sydney. They have put my name down on the waiting list as I have a Sahara, it is due in May, as they are modifying the design for the extra sensors the Sahara has on the front.

If you have a GX or GXL however apparently you can get the 'sahara bar' now.

I should have looked at your location before I asked the question. The bumper isn't listed on the ARB USA site yet. Can't wait to see what it looks like on your truck!!
