So it is ceramic, 20% on back windows, 35% on driver and passenger front windows, 70% on windshield. We did not remove the original tint which is a coating.

Ok gotcha, I was thinking you started from just clear glass like on the FJ80's. Looks great!

We don’t have a paint booth, painter across the parking lot from me that we use.

We need an update to this build! 😆

Been plugging away at some things. Recently got this new OEM MAF in, yes I know we still need a clamp on there.

More on the tire carrier, more is in the works for this but it won’t be revealed until we are ready.

@ohsix decided we should replace all door locks and actuators while we can still get them.

I don’t recall if I mentioned it but IAC and TPS are new OEM. We put some better OEM hardware on the IAC so stripped out screws is not an issue in the future.

The Cruiser is headed out for interior work on the 20th so we are working towards making it run/drive by then.

Cheers

Are you gonna sell that exhaust?

Exhaust finished for now. The down pipe and #1 cat are OEM Toyota. Uses all OEM isolators and frame mounts.

Very nice work as usual !
Tucking the muffler nice and high like that leaves the drive shaft exposed to trail damage. The way the big OEM muffler hangs down it offers protection to the drive shaft and has help save the drive shaft on my trail Rig on many occasions ;)

Maybe that was Toyota's logic on hanging the cats so low.

The fewer parts hanging down the better, in my opinion.
