Ive had the pleasure of having to remove probably a couple of hundred of them while doing ignition recalls.
Can you document which of the 3 or 4 oil plugs on the passenger side that you plug your oil line feed to the turbo. I spoke to Keith and he said the third one was his recommendation near cylinder 3.
So looking for that detail.

So how much of a nightmare is replacing that foam on the damper door? Mine is beat down and leaks outside air around it. Is that doable in vehicle or do I have to pull a bunch of crap first?
The unit needs to be removed and then the casing for the blower motor disassembled. I used the OEM foam kit in all the areas requiring foam sealing in the HVAC system.
One stud at the top and 2 bolts. The two lower bolts are much easier to get to than the stud/nut combo at the top. You will need to remove the glove box door, the glove box itself to be able to access the upper stud/nut without removing the dash assembly as I have.
