@gonzopancho just read the whole thread and I gotta say it just reaffirms the fact that I'm absolutely going to need a pig at some point.... Great build, the detail is awesome!

If the heat shields aren't enough you could slide some 1/4" heat shield products heat shield armor in between the pipe and the heat shield. We use their 1/2" stuff on our turbo downpipes and it does a wicked job of keeping the heat in.

yeah, the plan is that all of the heat shielding gets a material similar to that. Not that the 2F really puts out that much heat. There will be heat and sound insulation on the floors as well.

The whole exhaust (and header) gets ceramic coated, too.

Well, you should dig a lot Deeper because there is a lot of high end builds here @scrapdaddy , @J Mack , @Megadoomer , @RUSH55 , @fj55-100 @riderjgs and so many more. Join da club and keep it in the 🐷👉🐖👈 cellar 😘

Pretty doubtful.

More because there is a MIL situation developing in OKC and something in Libby, MT that I need to go take care of…

Also, all the camping gear is in Texas. I can fix that with an expensive trip to REI or similar, but I got enough of sleeping on the ground in 7 years as the Scoutmaster of a Scout Troop.
