Your lug nut wrench fits perfectly in the spring eye. Cut the outside lip off then place the lug nut wrench over the bushing and slam with a sledge. Comes right out.
60% of the time works every time.
So much want for a 55, so scared of the rust…

I wouldn't say I like 55 at the first look. She is ugly. But my FJ40 acts as alcohol on me, she became pretty and cool after each shot.

Small but annoying thing. The top of my console broke at the back. The wire that kept it from flopping all the way back failed. Worked up a replacement with some left over chain and drilled the hinge for some bolts/nuts.
