Considering all the permutations that make that thing go on and stay off, congratulations!

Many folks here will tell you...turn signals are always grounds, assuming you have the correct bulbs.
Thank you! it took me awhile to really understand that schematic for the brake light.
My turn signal are all wired in correctly. I can’t find the source wire for the green/blue wire on the switch.
I have a solid green wire that is dead I may have to peel open the wiring harness and see where it lost connection.

Do your hazards work? Does everything click on and off? (Dash lights, front and rear indicators, etc?) My hazards worked but not the blinkers. Turned out the wrong bulbs were installed and they only worked under full load.

Yes hazards work fine.
If everything lights up with hazards and they only go "click" once for the blinkers, check the wattage of the bulbs. The relay in the system is very particular about the load. For example, some folks have tried some LEDs in place of the incandescent bulbs and they don't work without adding resistors.

The Ute adventure continues...
Installed a CD player & speakers into the ute & it didn't catch fire & it works...progress...;)
Also had the garage replace all the ball joints,do the tracking & replace the blown rear transfer seal now the ute's no longer clacking like a Maraca & the leaks stopped...more progress...;)
In the meantime l discovered the steering box has play & will need a rebuild... bearing/ball bearings/seal etc... so hunting down the specific kit my rarity.
l'm tempted...(l feel like an addict).... to change the headlights to crystal or led...any thoughts on which is better...?...just to give you a clue, the previous owner used leds in the dash & the dash light was okay but the dials were pretty poor so as l had to strip everything out to fit the stereo, l decided to use good old '5w bulbs' and l can see the dials better..(make it make sense)...

l'm also after a 2H 6cyl Diesel front exhaust pipe ..(early 60 series 2H fits) .....(l was considering buying a stainless system from Aus but between buying/shipping/import taxes...thats about £3k+) so l'm looking for a 2nd hand front pipe meantime......besides l really don't want a mate to berate me in return, after l did the same to him for spending about £5k on his wifes Audi R8 after she tore the under shielding & entire exhaust system off...... going over speed bumps.........(feel me...;))

Finished the rear hatch restoration with fresh OEM weather stripping, latch and lock gaskets. (That's the last of the weather stripping!)

Reinstalled the rear glass using the rope trick. When I joined Mud there were two tricks that proved the value of the membership, the widow rope trick and the gear shift cap jar opener trick. I have used them both and they save a ton of time.

I am going to give these a try based on a lot of positive feedback here:
81110-60P70 - $20 US you cannot beat the price for a pair of headlights and a complete wiring harness and relays.

@cruisermatt even makes a aftermarket bracket for mounting the relays.

Am old school, glass!

I've been running them for a few yrs. I have no complaints. Cheap, simple and effective. They're glass fixtures with a replaceable bulb.

I did a graphite rubbing on a couple of cut outs from my original '75 FJ40 floor mat. It was bad. There is a cigarette burn on the "T" on the top one. It also sported quite a bit of mouse bite; the "A" is missing some material, iirc.

I'm thinking that I should make a paper stencil with the letters... That way I can spray paint stencil stuff, like oil filters, radio delete plates, and t-shirts. I'm on Mud, but, I'm thinking Hobby Lobby out loud.

Just did the same. Simple install and an unbelievable price

Not this week, but it’s the recent news to the cruiser life. Took the old bell to Moab for a a couple days of trail rides. We did Steelhender, Amasa Back, Fins and Things and Kane Creek. Loads of fun. Roached a fender. Cruiser did awesome. Hung out with a bunch guys that I’ve been doing this trip for the last 25yrs. No one has made all of them, but every year we get together in the arid west with whoever can make it. The partying may not be what it used to be, but we all have a good time.
This year I broke my collar bone a week beforehand, so no Mtbing for me. Unfortunately, one of the guys broke his down there as well.
Bummer, but the wheeling was great.

Sweet! I'm in the process of updating my 2001 Trek 4300. New 100mm fork, 1x12 drivetrain, hydraulic disc brakes, custom paintjob etc. I knew LandCruiser guys were all cyclists! LOL

I’m not sure why I have never though of this. I guess I didn’t know it was a thing. I must live under a rock.

Just what I need, another project.

But surely upgrading my current Trek is cheaper than buying a new one? 🤔
