I believe the way you have it is correct but can’t be 100% sure. I would google some images and see what you find. I bought some new in the past and bought one at a time so if I can a picture I’ll see if it’s correct.
Here you go!

My bumperettes were black and I found a nice pewter substitute…painted and clear coated …on re-install, I noticed the shape. I would see advertisements showing the left bumper at or the right bumper at, and I always believed they were both shaped to be square until I took them off and tried to put them back on… one edge is swept more on the curve…does this curve go on the outside edge or the inside edge.?

These are on the outside…seems to provide better view of the backup lamps??

From what I can tell you have it on correctly. The side with the more agressive curve closest to the light. I don’t think mine have ever been taken off so there’s a picture for reference.

Hurricane Beryl came roaring through our little enclave on the Texas coast. It was pretty much a direct hit with the eye passing directly over us. Fortunately, we came out relatively unscathed. Of course, the entire area has no power. So what to do? Carry on... hook up a generator, plug into Starlink, find and order more unneeded parts. Restored a sense of normalcy in an otherwise chaotic situation. :)

@Green Bean sorry for that situation in Texas. All of the years I lived in South Miami never faced a hurricane as bad as Sandy here in Nj. 13 days no power but of 4 tractor trailer loads of generators at Lowe’s, I got one. Even the Verizon FiOS worked despite the poles and trees down all over. We had a propane grill used as a double boiler to make food, heat, lights and the well pump.

My wish is that this resolves quickly. Don’t be shy in asking for something if needed, especially really really important stuff like metic nuts and bolts, FJ40 wire connectors etc….👍

No hurricanes or tornados where I live but over the past 30 years I have come close to losing my home to forest fires 3 times so I know the stress that comes along with natural disasters. The rainy season has kicked in early this year in northern New Mexico which lowers the fire danger by quite a bit and should make for an enjoyable summer!

Today was a big day. Painted to roof.

Had my 33x9.5x15 Kenda Klever R/T mounted on new factory wheels. Awesome tire! Looks awesome, only mounted 2 to get a feel. 3 more on the way then I’ll review. Replacing 20 yo 33x12.5x15 on bead locks.

Legit proof that you don’t need a ‘clean dust free’ room to get a good paint job! Cheers man. Truly looks fantastic! Great job
