What have you done to your Land Cruiser this week?

You're definitely going to notice a difference in riding and steering with those new shoes!
Been a long journey.
I’m 100% sure it’s going to be an improvement, I’ll install all new tie rod ends and adjust the stabilizer next week. Then she is off to exhaust and safety check.

Halfway there to A/C. Got the vintage air evaporator kit from summit and the rest is coming from vintage air... hasn't shipped yet... I'm trying to be patient but I'm spoiled by amazon.

This is next on my list. I have a 350 at my truck, did you buy the whole set as a kit or did you piece it together?

If you have time to wait for vintage air to process your order and ship i would just get the whole thing from them but I wanted to take advantage of some downtime and at least get the evaporator installed. It took a whole day but would have been easier with some help every once in a while.

Nice work. It’s the hardest part of the install in my opinion. Make sure you put another coat of paint on the firewall bracket that comes from Vintage Air.

This has to go down as one of the smallest projects... I replaced the two stripped out M4 screws that attach the trouble light socket to the firewall. Since the heads were stripped so badly, I had to drill them out, which because of their proximity to the front heater hoses made it quite challenging. In the end, the old screws finally gave up. Yes, I know that I could have removed the heater hoses, but having recently drained and burped the cooling system and with the cost of coolant being more than $20/gal, I wanted to avoid that if I could. Also, I ordered a LED bulb for the trouble light so when it comes in I'll see if it works.

Nice…It’s the small things. Post up something when you test the LED bulb. 🍿

Felt adventurous so I ambled on down to “the Wiggly” for a wobble pop and a steak. Defied the odds and parked close to the buggy return. 😎

Not to outdo you @Green Bean , I thought I'd do a small "project" not on my punch list which is install the safety latch I had powdered last summer. I used the speed ratchet cuz I'm lazy. Putting back on, snapped one of the bolts. That is what I get for straying off course.

That powdered latch is the bomb-diggity.
