I had a similar thing with the T416 Dune Beige when I painted my 40 years ago. Had paint mixed that I used on the tub, fenders, hood, etc. Ran out of backyard/garage painting season so had the front doors painted professionally. The paint I had mixed was more yellow, the body shop paint was more green very similar to what you have.

Yesterday I battled some self-induced mental retardation. I was experiencing some intermittent issues with the front headlights going out. Everything else on that circuit (tail lights, marker lights) worked fine ruling out any issues with the fuse or switch. We have the Toyota Koito upgrade kit. Under the hood I checked all of the connections and I thought that I isolated the problem to a wiring issue inside the original factory harness because when I manipulated the wires inside the original loom near the horn relay the lights would flicker. I carefully peeled away the 50-plus year-old wrap to expose the wires. They all looked very pristine. Moreover, now with the wrap removed, I couldn't even get the problem to replicate. It turned out that the problem had nothing at all to do with the wires inside the original harness. I found a loose connection at the positive battery lug where the Koito loom attaches to the battery lug. So the problem was easily fixed but it involved rewrapping a section of the original harness that I had peeled away. Uggg! I'm sure that there is a lesson there that I violated for proper diagnostics. I should have this tattooed on my forehead: When troubleshooting, always start with the least invasive!
