They are old 33x9.5s on what appear to be 15x6 FJ60 rims powderpainted matte black. @HKforte would know the details: he gave them to me!

The speedo on my ‘78 works smooth as can be, on the ‘76 it shakes even though mechanic says it is correct speedo cable. Looks like just another job I will have to dig into if I want it done right
I just ran my kinda tired 2F up to 10,300' and it performed great. In my experience, jets may not be so important for altitude. The air volume needed for a given rpm will be a steeper throttle angle, but there will be less of a pressure depression in the carb throat at altitude - so it doesn't necessarily mean a richer mix. You can always go a bit richer without hurting parts, but a bit leaner (at lower elevation) might be harder on plugs and valves.Speaking of pizza cutters on stock rims, took mine on a trail for the first time in...well lets just say far too long. The tires are getting up there age wise but show no cracking or dry rot.
I might eventually get around to jetting the carb for altitude (as opposed to sea level), definitely noticed the difference at 9,000 feet vs the usual 5,300 feet.. But no issues at low speeds, so not high on the list.
