Drove the 40 to work, thought about all the stuff I need to do on it still. Forgot about that when I saw one of my dogs chilling out in the leaves outside our house.

Doing some routine checking of grounds under the hood after a brief non-charging episode at O’dark-30 this morning and noticed my left front motor mount was smiling at me!View attachment 1806933

Couple more holes to drill, along with the inner retaining hole for the latch... Lined up pretty darn nicely...

Yup. High speed desert wash driving is hard on motor mounts. I’ve got 6 weeks to get the 45 ready for the next adventure.

Rebent the rearhoop of roofrack. Using a modified harbor freight pipe bender to bend dom 1 inch tube needed it A little wider to accommodate the new barn doors I got a year ago. Also going to fab theabilty it tilt back.
