Got the parts mostly cleaned up between jobs at work. The big media blaster was not functioning properly so I had to resort to the small sand blaster like some sort of neanderthal... how do they expect me to do quality car restorations on company time under these conditions?!

Installed my 4speed bellhousing and clutch on a 2f motor for my 74 FJ40. Cleaning the outside of the transmission and getting ready to paint it.

Currently media blasting my new to me doors for my 68. Unfortunately previous seller was unaware of the bondo and door damage. I have unearthed a pretty healthy patch that was caused by a severe dent I believe. Hopefully I'll have some pics tonight.

i’m getting ready to do this too. did you use the stock transfer case or change it out to the one already mated to the 4 speed. any drive shaft length adjustments needed?

Well here is my bondo battle. My goal for tonight is to get it off and inspect below it . Hoping it is just filler over a dent and not rotted out

Going to mate it with a 4speed transfer case not sure yet regarding the driveshaft. I'll let you know when I get to that point if I remember.

Its essentially the outer lower shell of the front doors. They come apart at the two bottom halves, inside and outside and upper frame.

Is that something you will have to fabricate yourself? I would think so...
