Installed ambulance doors and new weather stripping. They are really tight, hope the hinges don't pull loose lol.
Tight ambulance doors? That would be a dream. I take towels to the car wash, not for the exterior either! Where did you get the weather stripping from?

I just did mine last week as well and I have to really push on the doors to get them to close. I bought OEM door weather stripping from CCOT, hard top seals and rear windows from @Racer65, and the other windows from Toyota. No more rattles and they seal so well!

Installed new rear speaker box mounts in the 40. They are marine 360 degree seat swivel mounts so I can rotate them to the rear when tailgating/camping/working in the driveway, etc. They also are a much more secure mount against bouncing around on trails and keeping them in place.
Smooth ball bearing action that is stiff enough to hold in place wherever you point them.

Bolting up the passenger fender/apron, coil and turn signal.
When I first saw Mike (@78fj40mg ) working on his overhead console, I knew I needed to emulate him, to a degree!!
44 has no headliner and I thought that installing a headliner would be one of my first chores. But, when I found that the fiberglass cap doesn't bake my bald head, a headliner became 'something I may do, but probably not'. Since I use 44 as a rolling dog house, I have no real need for a headliner.
Edit: I should mention... I got tired of the cargo netting hanging down around my ears. So, the cabinet is a better solution for me.
But, what I do need is locking storage... So, I built an overhead storage cabinet that measures 13.5" deep (back to front) and 4.5"-6.75" high (following the compound (side-to-side and back-to-front) curvature of the roof. It has a drop down piano-hinged door, with a handle and a lock, above the driver's side. I made the door about 4" narrower than the back of the cabinet (e.g. The door side), by adding rails to the sides. The rails serve two purposes: 1. The driver's-side rail serves as a 'striker' for the lock; 2. Shortening the door allows it to miss the grab bars, when it's opened.
I've been pondering how I want to finish this and my eldest daughter and her boyfriend have convinced me that I should let them wrap it in carbon fiber (he does a lot of auto interior work out of carbon fiber). So, we are going to go with black carbon fiber. I may also have them do the rest of the ceiling in carbon fiber, but a lighter color... Probably.
Anyway, here it is in raw form... Not my best work, but I'm satisfied... And daBoise can no longer get to their chews and treats... No opposable thumbs... No unlock the door...

I finally finished painting and installed my new rear step.
I have one that fits my L200. It's just two 50mm box section beams that hook into the factory towing loops and a pair of ratchet straps that run to the frame behind the cab. It is tested to whatever a H motor weighs!

At the time the fuel pump gave out the 40 was being used to situate a FJ62 carcass in place for the removal of the 3FE. Because I was using the winch I had the 2F idling and it was during this time the the fuel pump died. The 2F gave a few gasps and quietly quit.

Refurbished my rear heater...cleaned primed and painted, got the blower motor running after new resistor install.
Put her all back in one piece and she wouldn't fire off. Going to clean some switched today. Hopefully that solves it.
Got to rewire the brake light and front turn signal today. Every time I hit the brakes the left brake light goes off and the front turn signal illuminates!
