I took it as 180 degree rotation.. making the air box inlet which is asymmetrical get the passenger side of the bottom of the filter dirty quicker than the driver’s side.So... you really did flip the filter and re-installed it with the dirty side toward the engine (i.e. "... rotated it so the clean side was on the intake side...)?
Made it up Hell’s Gate in full mom car attire with fresh overnight snow on the ground.
Wasn’t pretty but happy to have completed it without earning any body damage.

Rotate. Not flip. I think you're misunderstanding what I did. The filter is still properly installed, it's not upside down. I turned it clockwise 180 degrees, with the proper side OEM installation alignment in the air flow direction from airbox to engine.So... you really did flip the filter and re-installed it with the dirty side toward the engine (i.e. "... rotated it so the clean side was on the intake side...)?

I was hoping it was a joke. As in you turned the dirty side to the engine and left the clean side towards the intake box.Rotate. Not flip. I think you're misunderstanding what I did. What did you use to turn your tablet into Android auto? Not sure if I want to turn it into Android auto or just leave it completely separate from my phone and just have it connect to my mobile hotspot when I enter the car.For whatever reason my cameras have been finicky the past few months. Today. when FINALLY figuring out how to turn a tablet into android auto, they started to work. I like being able to see the factory screen, otherwise I would mount the tablet in front of it....It NEEDS to move from where it is, that is for certain. Just need one more ram mount bar

How does the bull bar attach to the LFD? I wonder if that is going to be a stocked item?LFD Offroad sent me a bull bar of sorts to add to their bumper for the 200. It can be used for an assortment of lights but I had purchased this light bar from STEDI before they had a US distributor. I cannot find this model of light bar on their US website. Not sure why. I'm glad I picked it up from them last year. Has options for Amber backlight and DRL functions. I need to get some night shots.
Overall stoked on how this turned out.

It's bolted onto the top. The LFD 570 has one on their bumper too. They might offer it full time with more demand but for now you would need to reach out to them and inquire about getting one.How does the bull bar attach to the LFD? I wonder if that is going to be a stocked item?

There are 2 large holes in the bumper for air flow that might be needed. That vent in bumper IMO was primarily decorative. Only about an 1/8th of the radiator came down that far. The bumper has been on for over a year with zero change in engine temps from my observations. And I run Torque Pro with multiple gauges setup to monitor things. Is there no airflow required for the lower vents then? That bumper insert appears to block the entire area.
Those holes feed a large area behind the bumper structure that ultimately forces air through far more of the radiator than just the portion directly behind them, and those holes are a lot more free of obstruction than the grille section higher up.There are 2 large holes in the bumper for air flow that might be needed. So you would not intall any aftermarket bumper then nor a hidden winch plate since all of those block the same area. Those holes feed a large area behind the bumper structure that ultimately forces air through far more of the radiator than just the portion directly behind them, and those holes are a lot more free of obstruction than the grille section higher up.
But, our fan system is very potent. Though it does require horsepower and ultimately fuel to power it, while increasing wear on the belt and pulley system if it is required often.
I’m glad you haven’t had any temperature issues but because I don’t know specifically how important each hole is in the big picture I personally wouldn’t want to block any of them, especially the lowers since they are wide open. That’s the primary reason I cut one of the grille slats out to install a light bar.
