Couple of weeks ago now but new Air-Box and 4" Snorkel fitted up, very tidy kit from local supplier..

So... you really did flip the filter and re-installed it with the dirty side toward the engine (i.e. "... rotated it so the clean side was on the intake side...)?
I took it as 180 degree rotation.. making the air box inlet which is asymmetrical get the passenger side of the bottom of the filter dirty quicker than the driver’s side.

Pretty sure that it can’t go in upside down due to the way it’s constructed.

ClearView Towing mirrors (they move in opposite direction than the button for some reason)….had to test the LC wires as this version wasn’t matched for my 2011…but I was able to get everything working and the side markers tied to my blinkers, Scanguage 3, MPC Remote start (t-taps are a must for install), full pic of my command center….and Christmas tree burning party tonight. And my wife is DD. I’m ready.

Made it up Hell’s Gate in full mom car attire with fresh overnight snow on the ground.

Wasn’t pretty but happy to have completed it without earning any body damage.

Just missed you out in Moab. Congrats to conquering that obstacle! In the cold shadows and snow no less! Even doing Fin N Things, there was a last climb that required going through a small pool of water that had frozen over which made things really slick. I could tell the tire rubber compound was hard and not as grippy given the cold 20F weather. Not sure I would have been up to trying Hell's Gate, but props to you for tackling it!

Sounds like we just missed each other.

In retrospect, it probably wasn’t my best decision making moment. I would have felt really silly if I would have come away with body damage after attempting it in those conditions.
But I’m thankful with how it all played out.

Rotate. Not flip. I think you're misunderstanding what I did. The filter is still properly installed, it's not upside down. I turned it clockwise 180 degrees, with the proper side OEM installation alignment in the air flow direction from airbox to engine.

Got it. Thanks for the clarification.

I was hoping it was a joke. As in you turned the dirty side to the engine and left the clean side towards the intake box.

For whatever reason my cameras have been finicky the past few months. Today. when FINALLY figuring out how to turn a tablet into android auto, they started to work. I like being able to see the factory screen, otherwise I would mount the tablet in front of it....It NEEDS to move from where it is, that is for certain. Just need one more ram mount bar

What did you use to turn your tablet into Android auto? Not sure if I want to turn it into Android auto or just leave it completely separate from my phone and just have it connect to my mobile hotspot when I enter the car.

LFD Offroad sent me a bull bar of sorts to add to their bumper for the 200. It can be used for an assortment of lights but I had purchased this light bar from STEDI before they had a US distributor. I cannot find this model of light bar on their US website. Not sure why. I'm glad I picked it up from them last year. Has options for Amber backlight and DRL functions. I need to get some night shots.

Overall stoked on how this turned out.

How does the bull bar attach to the LFD? I wonder if that is going to be a stocked item?

It's bolted onto the top. The LFD 570 has one on their bumper too. They might offer it full time with more demand but for now you would need to reach out to them and inquire about getting one.

Is there no airflow required for the lower vents then? That bumper insert appears to block the entire area.

The app is call headunit reloaded. Its $5 on the app store. Its OK

There are 2 large holes in the bumper for air flow that might be needed. That vent in bumper IMO was primarily decorative. Only about an 1/8th of the radiator came down that far. The bumper has been on for over a year with zero change in engine temps from my observations. And I run Torque Pro with multiple gauges setup to monitor things.

Those holes feed a large area behind the bumper structure that ultimately forces air through far more of the radiator than just the portion directly behind them, and those holes are a lot more free of obstruction than the grille section higher up.

But, our fan system is very potent. Though it does require horsepower and ultimately fuel to power it, while increasing wear on the belt and pulley system if it is required often.

I’m glad you haven’t had any temperature issues but because I don’t know specifically how important each hole is in the big picture I personally wouldn’t want to block any of them, especially the lowers since they are wide open. That’s the primary reason I cut one of the grille slats out to install a light bar.

So you would not intall any aftermarket bumper then nor a hidden winch plate since all of those block the same area.

I also respectfully disagree on stating the upper grille being blocked. The sure size and volume area denotes more contribution to air flow. I also saw that lower vent area based on location diffecting air down and going under the vehicle vs going up.
Bottom line is all aftermarket bumpers block this area and whether or not that contributes to loss of airflow is speculation since I have not seen any airflow studies done but there are 1000s upon 1000s of these 200s running around with aftermarket bumpers.
