Quick wash, installed my Thule bars and eliminated my drive shaft thunk. Now it's time to buy some ramps - could use a little more room under there!

Got this installed....finally.

I worked on a decent list today: 100 amp reman alternator, idler pulley, and D-bushing on the steering rack passenger side.

Plastidipped my jaos wheels and mounted 285/75/16 falken a/t

Looks great.
Question, did that rubber trim in between the bumper and the body come with the ARB? +

I bought mine used and presently don't have that, so I've got a pretty decent sized gap going on.

Thanks!

It did come W/ the rubber strip. I may decide to work with a shop and cut some off the body to get the bumper to fit tighter.

Those look great! What bulb did you use for the tail lights?

Cheaper than a 2006 upgrade. Thanks

I've had my 2001 for about two years now, but really haven't done anything except change the oil, change the power steering fluid, change the brake fluid and rebuild the rear brakes and parking brake assembly due to frozen bell cranks. Well, I decided to dive into some more maintenance and 'mods' this past weekend.

Just finished cleaning the MAF, throttle body, and changing out the spark plugs. Yanked the running boards off yesterday too.

On a side note, check the "V" below the intake manifold. I dropped a bolt in there and while looking for it, found a nice sized mouse nest in there. I was able to remove all of it with one of those cheapo grabber tools. Appears to be pretty harmless and a remnant from the previous owner who used to store the truck in a barn. Luckily I had no compromised wiring. It wouldn't be a bad idea to take a peek in your engine bay for any sign of a nest.

Pulled out the old Mile Marker 10k winch and installed a Warn 9.5xp....hope its not too small....it sure looks a lot smaller. I guess that's what snatch blocks are for.

You have nothing to fear with the Warn 9.5XP. Mine has pulled me out of many tough spots even with 2,500lbs of AT Horizon or Kimberley Kamper in tow (over 10,000lbs of rolling weight...with direct pulls!).

One of the best purchases I've made for my '99!
