Grill looks kind of funky being black with chrome headlights.
Thanks, that's what I'm thinking too. Since I've got a black winch bumper I'm also considering painting the valance piece that's below the grill and headlights, wondering if I should paint that all the way up to the panel break between the headlights. Looking forward to your pics.

I painted mine all the way across, I think it looks just fine. It was badly chipped from road stuff so that was part of the decision.

Had a kid try to make her as ugly as his truck. Even with the busted face she still looks and drives better than that ugly Silverado that backed into me. Now I am stuck in an Expedition until Lexi is fixed. I keep clicking my heels and saying there is no place like home, but its not working.

Sorry for the delay. Not sure how what you're talking about would look. I'd be interested to see photos if you do decide to paint that bottom panel.

Quite a bit of slop in the front axle DS.
Might get one good spare from 2 CV axles with 250,000 miles. The hundy got new CV's and one flange.

Time for a Dissent Off-road upgrade!!!

*New group 27 battery, Interstate Battery has great customer service plus a mil discount.

*Re-foamed PS front door speaker (I messed up the order or I would have done both doors, Simply Speakers has great customer service too). Here is an outstanding go-by for removing the door panel.

*Lubed window channels (cleaned with Qtip/rubbing alcohol, then sprayed dry silicone lube = much better now).

1. Foam surround was torn all the way around.

2. Cleaning off the old foam and adhesive took the longest time, this was about half way through the process. They have YouTube videos that walk you through the process. Tedious, but easy.

3. Now it sounds good with no distortion. The adhesive smells just like modeling glue btw.
