Really ? That picture could be you drinking a beer taking selfies next to your 80. I don't see any Tahoe. In comparison I have a very similar one of me pulling out 7 Jeep Wranglers at once, all Rubicon editions. Below is my photographic proof, they are just off the camera to the right in this picture. ;)View attachment 1137836

I thought the nice coastal shot was a lot more aesthetic.

:meh:
And where else can you find a site where wooly mammoths rubbed their asses 15000 years ago?

we attempted to buy a one-owner under $2000 LX450 - pre-dented in several places but mechanically and electrically sound; original head gasket but massive valve cover leak and all kinds of other drips - interior very needy, including reeky smell due to the proliferating mold farm in the driver footwell :bang: - OEM locked :D

we had struck a deal late yesterday - but when it came time to do the title double transfer this morning (kid's name wasn't on the title, but he had the required transfer papers; notaries in Louisiana don't touch double transfers, so would have to go to the DMV), truck was gone and seller didn't respond to door knocks or messages

flakey kids these days  - saved us all the aggravation with the mold, though :meh:

(wondering who from Jackson, MS had called about it . . . :hmm:) - congratulations to whoever got it

I just uploaded them, never bother to check those settings on youtube.

jtwopark gets a like for cleaning up trash. Nice job brother.

Got antsy and installed the scan guage ii late sunday night after ripping the new cruiser apart.

Key takeaways/AAR with myself:
1. Your landcrusier has old and flimsy plastic parts such as the visor mount. They don't do well with over torquing. (junk yard part here I come)
2. Stop dropping screws where you can't find them... you freakin idiot.
3. Take your damn time, there is no rush. (and stop sweating so much)

took a few hours hit a local trail and catch the fall colors before they're gone.

Man, that is a great looking rig. And the 3 lights up front instantly brought that chick with the 3 boobs in Total Recall to mind.

Not weekend, but a quick weeknight trip to a local favorite spot. BBQ at the natural hot springs on the river...

Finally got around to installing my LandTank seat extension brackets for the drivers side. Holy heck, Why did Iet these sit on the shelf for so long. I just fell back in love with my 80! I got around to putting a new Zero-Height replacement suspension on last winter and love the way the LC rides now. Now to catch up on some PM with the parts I have on order from Various vendors.

How's the river, any water in it? Some yahoos had trashed up the campsites pretty bad last time I was there in March. I hauled out probably 1000 spent shotgun shells and I don't know how many beer cans...
