Less work than the last few weeks of projects, more playing in the woods

I threw a 20th birthday party - my rig was came off the line in August 1995 so I baked it a cake.

Well, not really, but I did dump a can of BG 44K in her, close enough and seems appropriate for a 20 year old truck.

I'll be doing that this week. anything to watch out for when doing the change?
its a pretty straight forward job but do keep track of where things (o-rings, gaskets, shields, etc.) are located once you start taking things apart. the kit i got was a Dorman brand and didn't include a plunger in the kit. Also, the square head bolt supplied to replace the one pictured on the right hand side was too short so i had to tap off the old one and press on the new contact. not a big deal - easy job .

Looking good!

Wonder if you wouldn't mind snapping a pic of your ARB fridge and campstove with the drawer closed?

A buddy has the ARB Fridge and is building a platform with slides for it, and I'd love to see what it looks like when closed, if you don't mind.

Cheers!

Here you go...yes I still have no drawer faces and it's been well over a year :bang:

Can't decide if I want side wing lids or not, and have just not gotten to it.

Didn't go anywhere or do anything special. Was busy helping my wife with AYSO opening day event. 115* and the truck never went above 193*WT so I'm pretty happy. The alt is dying so I keep my Gen2 charger plugged into the bumper.

All of the premium pumps were down at my local gas station and since I was running on vapors I decided to go with regular. Ugh, what a mistake. No pinging or CEL but boy did it dog out on the power. Ran over to Pep Boys for a bottle of Octane juice. Truck was mucho happier after about four miles. I need to keep a six-pack of these in my truck.

12 feet away?!? That's crazy! Did you soil yourself?
No, but I imagine that I will be seeing a cougar in every shadow when I am in that area now.

Is there a thread on your upgraded ARB attachment points? I need to do that.

Changed out my water pump in a motel 6 Parking lot on sat night after work with a couple of end wrenches and a borrowed flashlight . Took about and hour to do the pump R&R but there was the 2 hours to get the belts back on. Had to basically totally remove the ALT after fighting with it for a soild hour to get it to move again so I could get the belts back on and tension on them..
