How does the 80 do at Uwharrie? We're heading down to a Rover event "Uwharrie Saffari" April 17-19th... It will actually be the maiden voyage of my rig - Can't wait to stretch her legs!!

It did great, I had a power steering leak but don't think related to wheeling. I did Falls Dam, Wolfden, and Dickey Bell trails.
I am a member or CROC (Land Rover LR4) was thinking about going with the Performance Rovers guys. Didn't know I could take my 80 there. You coming from upstate NY?

My buddies been going for years and said they are a very friendly group and welcome all! Yup - going to be a trek - overnighting in Winchester Va Wednesday then to Monteta Va Thur - Plan on getting into Uwharrie before lunch Friday so we can claim some good earth for the weekend!

New rotors and pads up front (100 series upgrade obviously) and new pads in the back. Wanted to get tires in but didn't have time so it will have to wait.

Shout out to CDan for the parts. Always a pleasure ordering from yall!

Installed new courtesy light switches on my rear doors. Discovered my passenger sliding window seal is leaking...rust. ugh.

I headed down to Moab to handle the Tepui display that we did at Gearheads on Main Street. Had a good time and saw a few fellow cruiserheads including Woody driving through town. But since I wasn't down there to do any wheeling I had to at least take the scenic way to Moab. Was just right.

Teaching my youngest how to crawl up the burn pile in his new FJ for his 4th birthday today. Now he has a land cruiser like daddy! He made it up through our ditch - his cousins power wheels jeep wouldn't make it.... After that he told him 'land cruisers are better than jeeps'. That's my boy :)

Spent the last few days in Moab, Utah with what seemed like millions of jeeps. Got to meet BoxRocket aka Adam while he was out in front of Gearheads.

I have the same HF driver set. Works great except the screw always comes lose while pounding on it. Still well worth the cash.

we mangled the axle seal on the first try with this kit - went back to the old method :meh:

He looks really good and is in good shape for his age. Grandma died in December after 60 something years of marriage. He was wanting to come up and get out of the house for a few weeks.

you should let him sit in the front, though
