It works great, and looks really good IMHO. I'm actually considering producing more for sale. Would be precut best quality 3M UV auto wrap. Lasts years and is pretty easy to install.
Could do Matte Black or even Matte Carbon Fiber if wanted. If a few people are interested I'm happy to get a price Anyone?

I put a scion t1809 and polk db651s speakers in my LX. Sounds great, looks good, I really like the polks, they were easy to install and really are great speakers for the money.

I finally added a cargo light in the roof behind the 3rd seats. I sourced the light from a 4Runner about 2 years ago.... And today saw it in the bottom of my passenger door bin.
I jumped the dome light wires from the back and snaked it to the rear.
I didn't have a dremel, so I used an exacto knife.

..And found my old Yakima racks in the basement so I put them on.... Getting ready for camping & hauling kayaks....

Had a busy weekend with my 80.
- Installed a Kenwood DDX471HD double DIN head unit and ran pre-amp cables under the drivers seat. Also ran the cable for a reverse carmera. http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00I9N2HGK/?tag=ihco-20
- Added a three way switch and LED into a blank to control my Hell Roaring dual battery isolator/combiner.
- Installed a Gamaviti dash bezel with a three way switch and digital volt meter to monitor both batteries...also has a handy HAM radio mic mount.
- Ran new speaker wire from all four doors to under the drivers seat. (Front Drivers side was a bear)
- Ran 4Ga power and ground lines for the Alpine MRV-F300 Amp under the drivers seat.
- Installed new carpet from stockinteriors.com Color: 8835-Medium Beige Plush Cut Pile with the MassBack backing and Jupe insulation.
Removed 3rd road seats and seat belts. getting ready to modify my old sleeping platform that I had in my Ford truck. Ford truck is Sold. Wife is getting a new ride and I am keeping the LC

Installed my depos that nick built up. Test fit the rear sub in Shane's new sub panel. And installed my rear roof spoiler
Really like the look of the headlights - think I need to tint the corners just a bit ....
The subwoofer makes a huge difference and runs week free air for now until I get the rear panel finished - I'm installed a section of starboard and a spacer in to make a grille sit flush and give a surface for an vertex to mount to and also an access panel for storage
The rear spoiler will get monstaliner next weekend along with the roof. Decided to tin the white down a notch with green / tan to compliment the sage....

^^Apounder...what storage box is that? I'm on the hunt for a few to put on the roof rack.

Reminded myself why I really, really do hate mud. Took three hours to get out of this mess, and three days later I'm still washing mud off the undercarriage. Totally driver error, caused by a heavy gas foot and cockiness brought on by having lockers...which of course don't help one bit when you're high centered...dammit.I eventually got out of the pictured mess on my own but then got stuck even worse about 20 feet further down the trail. No pictures of that one because I was too busy cursing, jacking and digging to take any. Couldn't move her at all in that position with the gear I had with me, not in any direction. Not even using a 2 to 1 haul system. Now I see why folks go for the big winches...
Not my best day ever.
Still, no real damage to the truck and the extended breathers kept everything dry, and I learned a few things about my recovery gear which was basically untested before this. So, outside of the embarrassment of finally surrendering to the obvious and calling for a yank to get going again it was quite an adventure.
