Went to my local yard as I saw they had a 2000 Lexus ES300 in from a few days prior.
I made a beeline for it...and found that it hadn't been touched yet.

So, I grabbed the Hi/Lo heated seat switches to put into my console coin holders for when I either reupholster the factory seats, OR, change over to something different.
They DO NEED to be shaved a little on the outer edges to fit perfectly into the slots...probably 1mm or so.

$6 for both.

(Photo before I pulled them from the ES300)

Popped in some LS430 visors. I'm one of those weirdos that enjoys wiring so I got the vanity lights working.

I’m not going to admit I may have purchased a second Driver side mirror after botching the first attempt at soldering the very short lead on the replacement mirror (for those who’ve attempted wiring will know what I mean). But alas, I too have vanity lights! Feels so OEMish. Nice job!

Yep, very short. I soldered new wires to the shorts leads off of the LS430 visor to get some length then went to solderstick butt connectors. Love those things. I topped it all off with a 2nd layer of heat shrink and then wrapped the entire thing in electrical fabric tape (not pictured) since it will live up in the roof for eternity.

Hell yeah! Looks like Rattlesnake Creek?

Yeah I added one. I’m ocd and always add water temp/oil pressure gauges to my rigs.
OCD but you ran and pressurized oil line into the cab.
