It’s a 91. I’ll look into that.Don't see the year of your rig but you might have the smaller/thinner drive flanges. Might want to upgrade to the latter model ones and you might not have that issue.

The 91 has the shorter drive flanges. You can also remove the zerk, then install your cap. However, your caps may be too short for the axles you installed. You may need to change to the later model drive flanges. It’s a 91. I’ll look into that.
Easy enough to dispute a cc chargeIt was definitely a ymmv situation. But enough people lost big money that it's sketchy
I just installed RCVs a few weeks ago and had the opposite problem, outer axle wasn’t sticking out far enough to install the spring clip. I ended up removing the drive flange, and temporarily installed the spring clip so I had something to grab to pull the axle out enough for the groove the spring clip sits in to clear the drive flange. In your case, you should be able to just push the axle in enough until the zerk clears the dust cap.Putting these in. Got the driver side, one question for anyone with rcv’s. How did you deal with the zerk fitting sticking out that extra 1/8”? The dust cap won’t fit back on.

It won’t clear, but I’m gonna try some after market caps. Your rig looks dope and looks like a blast!I just installed RCVs a few eeeks ago and had the opposite problem, outer axle wasn’t sticking out far enough to install the spring clip. I wish...3-4 days usually for the club sponsored stuff is a push already. I only camp in general out of necessity to be where the action is, but I may get to like it a bit more with this setup. Trip to Relic Run was 400 miles each way for me, and the closest rentable room was 45 minutes away which kind of kills the vibe of being there in the first place. I have a Gazelle T4, which is decent, but may just be a backup now for my son/s that will want to go on future trips.Long weekend? You mean 3 week trip?
Yes you can drive. You will get a CEL at some point. I’d cap/block the vacuum lines as you might have a vacuum leak.Quick RTH question in here for visibility: The bottom line blew off my EGR Vacuum Modulator, am I safe to drive a few hundred miles like this?

No CEL, a little down on power. I have about 500 miles to go until I'm home or 160 to a place that has one in stock
Holy crap. There’s some other stuff going on there…Quick RTH question in here for visibility: The bottom line blew off my EGR Vacuum Modulator, am I safe to drive a few hundred miles like this?
