That’s a beautiful turbo manifold. Can’t wait to see dyno numbers.
We loaded up the dogs in the 80 and went for a fun Florida drive around Lake Apopka and then headed east to Black Point Wildlife Drive

Agree. Especially for that priceNeat looking kit. Unfortunate as to where it’s mounted.
If it went in front somewhere I might be interested as my transmission works hard. I’ve already put a 17 gallon water tank where my spare used to be. Just having an auxiliary cooler there isn’t a great use of that large space.Agree. Especially for that price
So not sticking with the J Pipe then?
Going to build it with j pipe first. If I end up going crazy boost and engine management I will run this.So not sticking with the J Pipe then?

I had to make the small modification to the front door armrests because these are still made for the 70 series. It’s very easy to do. This video covers the mod in detail.DId you have to modify it to fit or are they making these for left had drive 80s now?
If plug #1 is the first two pics, that cylinder is burning some oil based on the ash and the black on the end of the plug. Looks like a ton of anti-seize on the threads that could be interfering with the grounding of the plug to the head and it's not arcing as efficiently as it should.Went to change the spark plugs and plug #1 looks a little different. Anyone have thoughts on what’s going on there? Funny deposit on it. Also the threads look a little different. Didn’t seem like it was any looser than the other 5. The rest of the plugs look normal to me. Truck has 287k and plugs have 22k in them. 1F-Z motor. Good input, thanks man!If plug #1 is the first two pics, that cylinder is burning some oil based on the ash and the black on the end of the plug. Clean off any anti-seize before installing.
