Looks nice and clean, well done. That thang was dirtay.Cleaned the engine bay in preparation for a LS swap.
Man, those factory roof racks are a PITA. I'm glad I don't have to deal with that anymore. By the way, thanks for the shims. Unfortunately, those didn't work,; too much valve lash; need to do a five-angle grind to support the stage 1 cams and larger valves. I will be posting the shims and paying it forward for someone that could use them.Sigh….factory roof racks are dumb.
Hoping I can get that screw out from the sunroof. You can’t get it out from the headliner.
Just me and the wire wheel for a while.

Ha! I’m not up for that tonight, I tried to squeeze in the headliner between the B and C pillar and found nothing but sunroof chassis….It’s really easy if you pull the headliner!!!
Yah the 96 and 97 headliners are easy to pull with two people and then you pull the sun roof tray and all the nutserts are accessible. If you pull the liner you can weld the holes and patch the right way. I shouldn’t say easy but it’s a couple hour job.Ha! Don't bend your sexy new Delta bumper out there.

Yo man I’m here in seattle as of last night and it’s insane cold. It wasn’t snowing but freezing rain was no fun to drive on from SeaTac. Canceled flights galore in and out of the emerald city.

Couldn't be happier I changed my flights and flew back to Seattle on Tuesday and not yesterday. The roads out there suck.Yo man I’m here in seattle as of last night and it’s insane cold. I have other toys too. They’re all my babies.A Honda on all seasons in snow and ice or a well equipped and capable 4wd? Not really much of a choice there.
I'm not like a lot of you. My 80 isn't my baby. It's my utility rig. I have other toys that are babies. I bought th 80 to drive in bad weather and camp. Nothing more.
I was gonna cancel the last flight out on Alaska but they told me most flights are booked due to back log into today which means I would’ve been home for maybe Xmas eve.Couldn't be happier I changed my flights and flew back to Seattle on Tuesday and not yesterday. The roads out there suck.
I checked the cameras on the Arkansas house and decided I'm really happy I'm in Seattle.I was gonna cancel the last flight out on Alaska but they told me most flights are booked due to back log into today which means I would’ve been home for maybe Xmas eve.

I forget but do they salt the roads in king county? I never owned a car long enough to care about rust issues growing up in Bellevue.I checked the cameras on the Arkansas house and decided I'm really happy I'm in Seattle.
I'd thought about taking the 80 out, but holy crap I'd need to chain up just to get out of the driveway.
In the county? yeah - Plenty of salt dumped on I90. Typically only use the spray on local roads though.I forget but do they salt the roads in king county? I never owned a car long enough to care about rust issues growing up in Bellevue.
