Made it to Oregon from Colorado. Cruiser is killing ittt. Can’t imagine a better rig to do the trip in. Also coming from 7,000 feet, sea level is life changing. (Passenger took pic I swear)

Great photography, epic scenery & a well built 80 for the win. How much better does it get?Took my family to Moab over the weekend and ran a couple trails with a coworker that has a FJ Cruiser. My wife and daughter hung out in town and my 3 boys hit the trail with me. Was a fun day. We did Poison Spider, Golden Spike and Gold Bar Rim. I got hung up on my rear bumper climbing the waterfall on Gold Bar Rim, which normally isn't a big deal, I can typically just drag myself off the rock with the diffs locked. But for some reason my front locker stopped working on that obstacle. The rear tires were almost off the ground so I couldn't get enough traction with just the rear locked to push the truck off the rock so I ended up winching up. First time I've had to winch that obstacle. It gets worse every time I see it. Once the winch pull the bumper off the rock the truck crawled the rest. Stupid rock.

I was able to get away with the family for the 1st time out in the new to us travel trailer. The Lx pulled it like a champ (thanks @mazder for you help). Then we bombed the dunes with @ToyotaDon & we met @Silverscout out there camping in his green Lx450. @musthave showed up just before we left on the last day. It was fun meeting Tim & his family, talking about his adventures in the "West Coast Cruiser"

We are so blessed to be able to camp & have camp fires right on the beach.
The sunsets are Epic.
We had a awesome time... we will be back soon to Pismo/Oceano Dunes.

That's an awesome setup. Do you have a link of all the upgrades you have done? I am looking to add many of the upgrades you have done to mine own LC. What type of front and rear bumper is that? -Thanks

Definitely straight down a vertical hill no way it’s doing that on its own......
Nice! Looks like you run 3.50 tapered coils up front. Do I also see a 1” spacer? What rear springs/spacers do you run?
My front tire to fender space is similar but rear loaded not so much.
