Fishin with the boys and swimming in the cruiser, deepest I’ve ever been, a slow down for better pics would have doused the boards for sure.

Woke up early and went to Jelb observatory. Then headed south down 10 and 103. Hit 14 and headed to Denver to pick up more kids.

Well, after much soaking and torching and cussing I could not get my tie rod ends to budge. Fortunately Iron Pig is only 45 mins away and had a Trail Gear steering kit in stock. So, I now have a beefy tie rod. Driving it home tonight on my tape measure alignment to make sure I don't have any weird noises or vibes, then going to alignment in the morning, then pack in the afternoon and hit the road right after dinner. I don't know why all my trips have repairs go right down to the wire...

Repairs and upgrades always happen at the last minute because it's much easier to just procrastinate the rest of the time.

Picked up some more metal to get the jig and 3rd High and Tight completed. Hopefully by the end of the weekend, the jig will be confirmed good to go and another bumper will be in the books.
