Yeah, just don't want to screw it up and be stuck without. I have some dom scrap that I need to measure up and get to welding.
Replaced the radiator due to leaks from corrosion. Did the three large radiator hoses as long as I was in there. Hit 241,500 miles right before the work. Broke several rusted bolts but nothing horrific to fix this time.
rust... It's gonna be the death of this truck someday.

Well bought for my first 80 series yesterday. Got out the steam cleaner today, the carpets were actually in fantastic shape.
There was a lot of dehydrated coffee and Coke stockpiled in that carpet

The MT poly bushing set up is sloppy and gets worse rapidly if you flex the suspension hard on a regular basis. Handling will deteriorate and the rear axle will start to steer the truck unpredictably. I went through two sets of those poly bushings in three years.
Recently I hacked off the poly bushing eyes and had custom eye machines and welded in to accept an oem bushing. I also installed new Johnny joints (the originals were not really bad yet) to get a true perspective of what my concoction would be like. It was a huge difference on the road; quieter, smoother and no loss of articulation on the rocks. New oem bushings are very flexible.

I’ve been running MT links 3 or 4 years now and have had no problem keeping the power jam nuts tight with a ample torque but had to tack weld the uppers to keep them from coming loose.
For your purposes, Blackhawk makes a set of arms that are longer, beefier than stock .120” wall and sporting OEM or at least oem style bushings at both ends. You don’t want the hassle of those MT poly bushings, been there done with that. @Box Rocket runs the Blackhawk links and can probably ad some testimony to there applicability.
Door and title say 93, no idea on the flaps. They are coming off anyways, but good to know they are a newer style.93?
