Did ARB extended breathers. Was super easy, if I were to do it again though I'd probably just buy some cheap hose from autozone...$60 for a few pieces of hardware/bolts and some hose is a bit ridiculous...

Also how retarded would it be to go part-time just for sick burn outs?

Started on a weekday, but...
Pulled fender flares and factory running boards. Replaced fuel tank with new. Replaced speedo head in cluster. Had a zero mile cruiser for couple hours. Then went to Ohio Power or AEP recreation land. Caught many many blue gills and bass. Good times with my buddy.View attachment 1547807

What part of Ohio are you in. I'm just north of Columbus in Westerville. My 80 is in my avatar, minus the Info rack and lights.

Also did the cdl switch in papas truck. aka the super stuck switch is how I explained it to my pops.

I guess I officially joined the club and did the front axle rebuild this weekend. It was in bad shape. Lots of bolts were loose and overall pretty sketchy in there. Big thanks to Charles4x4 for helping me through it. So far so good.

Saw this cool a$$ Nissan Patrol. Toyota swung and missed when they Americanized the Land Cruiser. Nissan got it right. The current Patrols look like 80s!

Saw a Land Cruiser in its natural habitat. At the gas pump (actually diesel).

The current patrol is a nissan armada/infiniti qx whatever it is now, but in other countries they extend the life of the designs. Those patrols in the picture you put are badass. Too bad the american market doesnt get all the options they get in other markets.

While in Yellowstone I saw a ton of those Nissan/Infiniti rigs..almost all from Cali. They are huge and bet they are comfy

Unfortunately Nissan made the American version as fugly as humanly possible.

My poor old girl will be neglated for one more week, but there are good things lined up for her next week. Can't wait!

Its identical to the overseas one. The boxier models are the older styled ones, even though they may still be sold as current models. They get their moneys worth out of the designs in other countries, thats for sure.

When you've been texting your 16 year old son endless pics of Land Cruisers you are seeing in Iceland. Then you send him a pic of a Nissan Patrol and this happens...
