Got stuck trying to turn around. I forgot that a creek ran over this section of trail(Pickle Gulch) and Under the snow was inches thick ice. Thankfully my buddy was with me to help with the rigging/winching. Got her out in about an hours time...
I did 'break' the HiLift though. I had to push the locking pin in each time for it to ratchet properly...Sure was a pucker moment when the tension broke free and the jack fell to the snow.
Oh! and as we were airing down at trail head a newer stock 4runner on street tires got themselves stuck trying to go snowshoeing. They were hopelessly trying to get out for a few minutes, so I offered to give them a tow out. Moment's later they were free..Although the guy started to drive forward once free'd trying to tow me as I was about to get out and unhook the trucks...idk wtf he was doing/thinking.

Hmm. Gonna clean them up and spray them down in a bit. Hopefully that helps. I should buy a pin kit anyways as it seems. If the pins had to be pushed in, they may just be sticking from lack of lubrication. I had that happen with mine where I had to pull the pin out each time as I was lowering it. A little cleaning & proper lubrication made a difference the next time I used it.
Finally finished the axle rebuild and brake upgrade

I tried to first actually. But I couldn't attach the chain to my receiver hitch. So strap in the hitch with a pin through it had to do.Live and Learn!
Just as a suggestion for next time, put the strap around the tree- not the chain.
Chains tend to remove bark, which can negatively impact the long-term health of the tree. Web type straps have proven much friendlier in that situation.
Changed the Leading Arm Bushings "the holes Horizontally" ! Filled up the Long Ranger Tank, marinated the quail, camel meat burgers, cold beers and headed South to the Red Sea Mountains, destination : The old Roman Granodiorite Quarry, Mons Claudianus (1st to Mid 3rd Century AD).

4. Roman technique for quarrying the stone. I guess they wedged wooden pieces into the notches, soaked them with water and the wood did the rest.

What was the symptoms you were experiencing with your cruise control. I have the same issue, I engage the CC but when I use the blinker to change lanes it disengages the CC. I also have LED tailights.
Please more pics of Eygpt!
