My uncle see this every morning on the street going to work and it ain't moving from where it was parked for almost a year.
So, yesterday we drove there and knocked and asked if they are selling it.
The mother answered the door.
Long story short, she said get this truck out of my misery, it gargles gas, parts are expensive, it's old. This was my son's truck by he's off to college. He ran into a k-rail and broke the bumper.
I said each these trucks have really bad gas mileage and parts are hard to find. Lol.
She said give me $3000 and it's yours, it's got less than a year old on tires. we bought that new in 1993.
I said with is condition, that is too much, besides, we will just need it for parts. I said $1200, she said $1600... I said hmmm, I guess we'll take it for $1600.

They had no idea what their truck was I guess. I didn't even ask if they knew what this dial was for. She said it has "center lock" but never used it. It was just another SUV for them.
Now my cousin is bugging me to sell it to him and he'd give me $3k for it.

Color matching OEM 6M1??I think I've finally decide on a Monstaliner color for my 93. Hoping to do it in the next couple of weeks.
Being seeing those advertised on FB for a awhile. Seems like a pretty cool roll-up.I thought I would throw this out there. I got this for Father's Day and I think it works pretty good. Makes it easier to find stuff and it rolls up. Capacity is great and can be hung from anywhere. The strappings seem sturdy and the zippers are stout. Atlas 46 is the company. I got the largest one and it holds all I need. $60 I think.View attachment 1320007 View attachment 1320008
Went elk hunting with Ol' Buddy and new Kodiak tent. The tent held steady and dry through five days of wind, rain, and snow. The truck saved my bacon on the narsty downhill backside as the snow melted and streams filled the trails. And the hunt ended with success.
Replaced the stock speakers In all 4 doors with pioneer ts-g1645r speakers and put ts-g1043r speakers in place of the factory dash pair.

How'd they fit? Much trimming needed? How's the sound? I still have stock all the way around and I'm in definite need of an upgrade.
Beno!Where did you buy that 1FZ sticker?
