Do understand the hate for the proven superior Toyota factory rubber but I guess you cant put that in your sig![]()
If it were superior I wouldn't have had to replace it twice with the same OEM. Now I tried silicone and it but me in the ass 50k later. Now I'm doing Gates. I've got 350k on my rig and they are all my miles so 4th time's the charm.
Thats ok as long as nobody starts another "How much is my 80 worth" thread....lol
I did, now I'm doing it![]()
Smart...admitting it would be bad for business![]()
Let's see...
PHH #1: replaced at 61k when motor grenaded and Toyota replaced due to bad head gasket.
PHH #2: replaced by K&H at around 200k because it was leaking and I was too busy traveling around the world working on movies.
PHH #3: replaced by at K&H at 298k because I was rebuilding the entire motor, old PHH was swollen and I had my silicone part in the bag of goodies for them to install. I spent $15k on my motor rebuild and install, why in the fawk would I need to install it myself? Oh and I was busy traveling the world making movies.
So here I am with #4 and I'm doing it my own damn self. How exactly is that good or even bad for business?!
Phil, I'm not exactly sure what purpose your comment serves. But have at it. Free country.
$15k on a motor rebuild? Seems steep, but I guess at shop rates it can add up.Let's see...

Sorry I wish I was there to give you a chill pill

Phil, I'm totally chill. People who aren't dicks know that. Even as I laugh at your stupidly unnecessary comments about business TO A FELLOW VENDOR I'm still sitting here laughing it up working on four projects at once.
The sense of humor you think you have isn't working for you or translates horribly online. You'll find your way I'm sure. Safe travels.
I dont appreciate you attempt of a personal attack through cheap sarcasm but then again its JUST the internet so![]()
