Very cool! Was this already on the island, or did you have to import it from elsewhere? Looks to be LHD?
Yes, already on the island for the last 10 years according to PO. But originally from Canada.

Can't believe I waited 4 years to do this. I upgraded the speakers early on, but was all intimidated by all the hi-tech electronicals in here. Anyway, it's like a one beer job.

OK, maybe two beers, I soldered up the harness last night.
OK, four, because I'm going to do an antenna splitter dealio, which might take some figuring.

But I can reassemble it all right now if I wanted to. And it would be awesome. So take away one beer.

OK, add one, because I have to RTFM to figure out how to program the stupid thing.

Getting feedback from the rearmost speakers. I've read that unplugging the subwoofer/rear roof speakers eliminates the problem. I'll deal with that tomorrow maybe.

Add another beer.

Despite all that, WAY better than the existing setup.

Bluetooth mic and a couple other things to figure out before I slap it all back together.

I've had some serious spring fever and I required some time away from work etc. Hopped in the truck with my 13 yr old and met my brother in law in his LX470 and we headed to Moab on Saturday. Had a great day on Elephant Hill in Canyonlands, and my son got lots of time behind the wheel.

Really? That's funny because if I had to repaint mine I would want it a dark forest green!

I just bought an emerald green 80 out in LA. Second worst freaking color behind the red/maroon. Sigh.

Awesome photos! Beautiful country and great wheeling!

Yeah man! Great photos! Must be great Cruisers run in your family; your rig is one of the coolest 80's on mud, and that LX470 is awesome too!

But seriously, glad to see the merger, @NLXTACY , your site is great:beer:
